酒店本身很不错。房间很漂亮，床也很好。酒店位于沙滩的好位置。这是说，还是有很多的问题。只有一个在工作的电梯，而且据我所听到的这还很正常!到任何地方都要花很长时间。2天里没有找到客房服务。两次打电话给服务台要求服务，结果毫无效果。真的不是希尔顿的服务质量!

每次我来迈阿密海滩工作，都要住在这里。今年8月，我在一场风暴雨结束之后再沙滩上跑步，我以为温度会下降，但在我跑步期间又升温了。当我终于回到酒店时，我感觉快被煮熟了，就快要晕倒。内森，一位在沙滩上工作的好心人给了我一瓶冷水，这的确让我避免了晕倒。当我坐在阴凉处的躺椅上时，他对我进行了检查。在这次旅行中，我带着我上大学的儿子来了，他也很喜欢这个酒店。

从登记入住（谢谢迈克尔）到享用晚餐我们的体验都非常棒，游泳池和私人沙滩棒极了。。。每一个酒店员工包括男服务员，客房勤杂和餐饮服务人员都很友好，很随和。前台办公人员会与我们谈论这次住宿情况。迈阿密海滩上十分适合全家人入住的酒店。
