We never like to hear that a guest left disappointed after their stay, and appreciate that you took the time to write a review.
Thanks for letting us know that you found the pools, and your accommodations, nice, but that overall you were dissatisfied with our pricing. It is never our intent to disappoint a guest in any way, and apologize that you felt our fees and charges were not a good value for your travel dollar, and were not clearly explained to you before arriving at the resort. Our resort website offers extensive information about our resort, including fees and charges, and we are sorry you felt you needed to pay for so many extras.
We appreciate your review, and we hope next time you are returning to Orlando, you will give our resort another try.

可爱的酒店……离迪斯尼很近，提供穿梭巴士服务。家人喜欢游泳池，男孩们喜欢滑梯。这里有大量的现场就餐选择，而且也靠近各种本地和连锁餐厅。礼宾员都很博学，很乐于助人。

这里真的很赞，员工非常友好，总是不遗余力的帮助我们。会议中心特别大，所以走来走去还挺费力的。不过我们对此挺满意的。这里的设施特别齐全，有泳池，健身室，我没怎么用，所以不好评价。但是这里的spa是真的赞。这里每家餐厅的食物都很好吃。

这里有2400个房间，这是好消息也是坏消息。这里有很多人，还有很多会议总是在进行。但是他们的服务很好，很干净，维护得很好。又大又漂亮的房间。很多餐馆。很多停车位，但像所有的度假酒店一样昂贵，代客泊车可能要花费你39.00美元，自己停车的话大约25美元每天。管理是最重要的，如果你想开会，他们会和你一起协作。虽然他们有一辆每天都载满人的公共汽车，但酒店并没有破败不堪。总的来说，住得很愉快

毫无疑问，这个酒店很棒，有各种服务设施、餐馆（我数的没错的话有8家）、购物中心、星巴克、室内外泳池等等，以及超大的会议中心。实际上就像一个度假村！服务总体上很好。我不知道自己否会选择这里来度过私人假期，因为这实在是太大了，进来的时候你会收到两张地图，我更喜欢正常大小的地方。
