Mr. David I do apologize for the inconvenience you had at the time of check-in and you had to wait as our front desk agent was helping other guest in a line to check-in before you. And we always have only 1 person working at night as it's not always that much busy at night time unless there is any event in the town or for some reason we get busy suddenly but we always try to take care of the guest in timely manner. Our breakfast is nice variety consist of Boiled Eggs, Waffle, Sausage and Biscuits, Bagel, Muffin, Toast, Fruit, Cereal, Creme Cheese, Yogurt, Oatmeal, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Coffee etc. And for the Wyndham Rewards we can find you in the system by entering your First Name, Last Name an Phone Number and my front desk agent told me that she couldn't find you by entering that information in the system. But again I do apologize for the inconvenience you had. Please give us one more chance and I assure you that I will personally take care of your stay to be pleasant with us.
