We have discussed this with you multiple times and that the outlet is not in the shower. When you pull the curtain the outlet isn't near any water. If this had been a safety issue the Fire Marshal would have shut use down. we would never put any of our guests into any situation that would harm them. Also the incident with the removal of an inebriated customer, I am sorry that your family witnessed this but it is better that they are removed then to let them stay and cause more problems. Plus the customer was removed for their own safety.

I want to apologize that we did not meet your expectations. I appreciate your feedback about the room layout and will pass it on. Thank you for letting me know about the comforter and pillow case, this is not our standard and I want to apologize that you had this experience. I will share this review with housekeeping so that it can be used as a training tool and help so that it doesn't happen again. Maintenance will be told about the refrigerator so that they can repair it. Again I hope that you accept my apology and that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
I am sorry that we did not exceed your expectations. I want to apologize that the room was not clean, this does not meet our standards and we will check into who was the housekeeper and make sure that this doesn't happen again. Thank you for letting us know. We are in the process of replacing the mattresses with new ones, soon they will all be new.
