Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience at the Sleep Inn, of Post Falls. We are sorry to hear you feel insulted by the incidentals fee of $25 held as a pre authorization. This is a hotel policy, and applies to all of our guests-- regardless of status. This policy is in place to protect the Hotel from Damages, and to keep the "judgment" to a minimum. We mean no offense by this action.
Some banks process our transactions in an odd way, but we apologize it took a few days for the true charges to post properly.

一开始，酒店被布置得很好，很容易找到。房间看起来不错，但非常小。第一个晚上，床上的一个床尾垫掉在地板上时，我妻子注意到血还在上面。我碰巧看到另一边，也注意到上面有血迹。完全令人作呕。我的妻子把床尾垫翻了一下，发现其中的一张上有污点。谁知道他们是否经常清洗床单。很惊讶，我告诉了他们换床尾垫，但是他们没有换床单。好处就是，价格是不错的，早餐食品很好，有各种各样的选择。因为最近钢铁侠的活动，在附近的选择不是太多。

有一个泳池（里面有暖气），10:00pm之后禁止儿童进去，所以大人们可以好好享受他们自己的时光。（感谢）有热浴，没有冰箱或者微波炉。我们吃了早餐，没有电梯，两层楼。房间干净，电视很大。住一晚有你需要的一切。谢谢。

来这家酒店住真的很值得。我们在这里住是有折扣的，只花了155美元一晚上。真贵啊。对于这个价钱，你肯定像要是房间也有冰箱就好了。但是这里并没有。我们在Post Falls住了两次，一次是去MT还有一次是回家的路上。不过下次我会找别的地方住。就算这里有免费的早餐，也不值得155美元一晚上啊。
