我只是想定一个客房服务,但是芝加哥希尔顿酒店两次让我失望了。基本上来说,我房间里的平板电脑坏了,所以我试着打电话叫客房服务,但他们坚持让我用平板电脑预订服务。结果我饿坏了,运气也糟透了。酒店还行,但是工作人员很差劲。

在这里参加一个会议,我觉得酒店一般般。房间里的浴室狭小且平庸。当我进入客房时,没有灯可以打开,我不得不绕到一盏台灯前。没有房间景观,恒温器设置在66华氏度,墙纸和被子都有洞。最后也没留下什么好印象。

我们周末在希尔顿酒店住了两天。我花了不到100美元就把我的房间升级了,而且还能住在顶楼。游泳池很好,这不是像万豪酒店那样的出于恭维的评论。员工很热情,床非常舒服。这里的氛围美好、放松。房间能容纳三个大人和两个孩子。酒店就在市中心,唯一不太好的一点是,淋浴的下水道的地势不是低的。

这家酒店位于密歇根大道上,靠近范布伦街车站和千禧公园。附近有几家餐馆和咖啡馆。这家酒店历史悠久,但设施陈旧。大堂前台分为结帐处、入住登记处、问询处和会员专用通道。前台通常排着长队。我预订的房间是双人套房。房间里的设施都没什么特别的,只是床单和床上用品都是旧的、脏的、有洞的。电视机有点故障,几名工作人员试图帮忙,但电视机状况依然不佳。健身房里有一个大型的跑道,还有举重和有氧运动器械,看起来都过时了,不过还算实用。健身房的毛巾也有污渍和洞。在8楼健身房旁边的同一层,还有一个游泳池。对于会员们来说,早餐的优惠似乎很复杂。他们仍然使用纸质优惠券,只有钻石级别会员的早餐优惠券价值20美元。黄金会员可获得每人每天10美元的餐饮积分,可用于早餐。如果您使用了信用卡,您应该在结账时再次检查发票,因为我们过程中出了点岔子。电梯因机械故障而坏了好几次,如果你待在行政楼层或套房里,你可能要有的累了。电梯分为三部,对于低中高楼层。考虑到价格不算昂贵,而且地理位置也很好,我还是会推荐你选择这家独特的酒店,虽然它显然不符合希尔顿标准。

这是一家非常赞的酒店!服务员特别友好,在我们办理入住手续时递给我们瓶装水!酒店整体很干净,房间非常安静!礼品店里有好多明信片和邮票!

对于第一次到芝加哥的游客来说,位置极为合适。没发现虫子的痕迹,但有积尘…到处都是!客房部需要改进客人离、住之间的清洁工作,因为我必须自己清理落在浴室里的杂物。
