I do apologize that the first guestroom assigned to you was not cleaned properly which is very unusual for our housekeeping staff. I can only assume that someone inadvertently switched in the computer that room as clean from dirty and was then subsequently given to you. Again I am sorry but am very glad that you found one of our maintenance staff members readily available who assisted you in immediately having the room changed. I am also glad that you found our staff to be "pretty nice" as I expect nothing less from them.

I would like to address your feedback on our internet speed, we are developing a property improvement plan and one of the issues being looked at is the wifi network. So, in regards to the internet speed, that is issue that will be fixed. As far as the trees are concerned, we'll get one of our team members to trim them back a bit.
