酒店工作人员很好，但酒店本身很旧，我的房间里有蜘蛛。客房服务员有时会很粗鲁。我明明很有耐心，也很友善，而且有什么问题我都说的很清楚，前台的米迦勒也承认这一点并且很感谢我，但这并不能为酒店洗白。在第三层楼地毯上有一个大污点，而且这块区域周围的灰尘从来没有清理过，为什么啊？

这个地方可以接受，早餐也尚可。如果你想要的是有着大量设施的高档度假村，那么这里就不是你的选择。这是一家一般的酒店，干净，安静，员工友好，有一般的免费早餐。在La Grange路下80号州际公路就是。对芝加哥的西南部来说特别方便。从位置来说很合适。在La Grange沿路有很多家餐馆，开车很快就到。只有一家走路能到。从价格来说这里很合适。

Thank you for taking time to write a review. Yes we are located in an area where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants as well as movie theaters. Hope you had time to enjoy, one or both. 本来我要求的是高层房间，但是却被安排到了一楼。房间在离大厅和电梯最近的地方，所以很吵。而且这间房还是无障碍客房。我可是卡尔森精英俱乐部的会员好吗，自己去搞清楚。而且清洁车还正停在我房间外。

On behalf of our entire staff at Country Inns & Suites we apologize for the concerns you shared about your experience at this hotel. I am sorry you did not receive the room requested. I appreciate you bringing to my attention, as well as the janitor cart, being left out side your door. I will address this with our Executive Housekeeper and Front Desk and Supervisor.
We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations.

从入住到退房，大声，讨厌的客人，厕所堵塞，服务不好。我们不得不等待登记入住，因为客房服务似乎只清理了当天所需房间的确切数量。厕所堵塞了三次，我们被递上了一个柱塞，并告诉我们自己去处理。我们的房间在游泳池边，超级嘈杂直到午夜结束。

Hi,
Thank you for choosing our Country Inn and Suites In Tinely Park. I apologize that you were not happy with your stay. I can assure you the staff has been spoken to about handing you the plunger that is not customer service. It looks like you stayed her twice this month, Your arrival on Friday 4/14/2017 you checked in at 9:15 AM your other check in on 4/9/2017, it was possible it was the type of room you request was not available to check in when you arrived, I apologize that you had to wait, for checking in. I appreciate you bring this to my attention, so I can address this with our Executive housekeeper. If you decide to stay with us again request a room away from the pool, when children are playing the noise does echo.
