We apologize you were not satisfied with the condition of the hotel during your stay. We are surprised to hear that you felt the condition of the hotel was dated. Within the past two years, we have updated the public areas and exterior of the hotel, along with our in room furnishings excluding the bathrooms and vanities. These are slated to be updated in 2016.
We do appreciate your comments, and hope you will give us another try should your travels bring you to back to the Cedar Rapids area.
