I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your feedback on The Hilton Garden Inn-Manhattan. I also wanted to apologize for the fact that the hair dryer was missing from your room and housekeeping did not replace once they cleaned the room for upcoming guests. I am glad that they were able to find a replacement, but the wait was longer than should have. Again my sincerest apologies. Your satisfaction is important to us as we want nothing more than to assure that each guests stay with us is not only an enjoyable one; but memorable one as well.
