In such rare cases, a satisfactory solution is always in place and preventable measures are introduced. We've addressed the cleanliness with housekeeping, service with the front desk and implementing some changes right away based on your review. We spoke with the breakfast attendant and she assured us that everything was restocked quickly in the hospitality room where the group was having breakfast.

We highly recommend making a reservation though, that guarantees a room and definitely make note again that your preference is a single bed and two people staying, we will do our best to ensure this request is met.

We thank you for your service and rest assured the reason you were not issued a refund is not at all related to your Veteran status, the reason is we believe this was a pre-paid reservation which means it cannot be canceled or refunded. I tried to reach you through this website to discuss this further, maybe you did not see the message yet because I did not hear back from you yet. I do hope to hear from you so we can get some more details and work with you to resolve this matter as it is not the hotels intention to have you feel this way about us our services.
