In your particular case we were not able to locate your garments but the housekeeping team were retrained to be more careful when cleaning rooms and disposing of what they think to be trash. Sometimes we have to clean up after guests and make sure the water is safe to swim in and like any other pool, these circumstances are unavoidable and unpredictable. What you should have been told is that we have a membership with LA fitness and they have a pool. We can provide you with a 3-day pass for this facility as an attractive alternative! We hope to welcome you back again soon!
