Dear TravelCork, thank you for your comments concerning your recent stay. We have recently purchased this hotel and are planning on a major renovation for the entire property and we will change the "average" perception of the hotel.
Although we are 4.5 miles from the airport, our complimentary airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and is a great amenity to the guests.
We hope you visit us again after the renovations and see the new hotel and we hoe it exceeds your expectations.

Since purchasing this hotel a little over a year ago, we have completed a major renovation to most of the property but we still have more to do, this wing in particular. We have recently completed a major renovation to the entire property and there is no excuse for non operational items in our guest rooms. The staff works hard to make every stay an enjoybale expericen and we did not succedd in your stay.

Dear 655waynea, thank you for your comments concerning your stay. We do try to catch everyone for breakfast, which is why we moved the breakfast hours back to 5am serving time from the typical 6am time frame. It is hard to get all guests covered for breakfast. We have installed a grab n go coffee outlet for the lobby in hoped of capturing more of our guests when breakfast is closed and it has been a success so far.
