真想逃跑

我们被“升级”到了一楼的一间老房间里。走廊看起来好像从1980开始就没有装修过。空调的嗡嗡声，整夜的咳嗽声。房间里有股霉味，床上没有床垫。通往极小浴室的门是一个底部没有轨道的口袋门。淋浴喷头在一个喷嘴上，比淋浴更滴水。简直是灾难。

Dear Sambachica, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. Please accept my apologies for your room placement. Since purchasing this hotel a little over a year ago, we have completed a major renovation to most of the property but we still have more to do, this wing in particular. Your comments will assist us on our next steps in improving the hotel for all the guests. We pride ourselves on service and will continue to work until we get each stay 100% right.

Again, please accept my apologies and know that we are working towards improvement each day.

非常舒适，毛巾很柔软

一个非常好的旅馆，有舒适的房间、床和一切好的住宿需要东西，可惜我们只住了一个晚上。电视服务很好，浴室设备和洗漱用品都很好。如果去波士顿的话，我建议你再待一遍。商店和餐馆都很近，尽管商店不景气。

靠近机场

还可以

我因为业务呆在这个地方。它基本上是在一条繁忙的街道的一个购物中心里，靠近一个环形交叉路口，所以很难进入。房间还可以，但是淋浴器里没有肥皂，室内咖啡壶也不能用。不要期望太多，才能尽量不失望。我抱了一点期望，因此我是有点失望的。

We have recently completed a major renovation to the entire property and there is no excuse for non operational items in our guest rooms. The staff works hard to make every stay an enjoybale expericen and we did not succedd in your stay.

公园很棒，睡得很好

这是我们2017年第二次住这家酒店了。酒店的登记入住和结账离开都很棒，机场往返接送也很不错。我们唯一的问题就是早上五点开放的餐馆意味着如果赶早班机就会错过。对我们来说，西式早餐应该提供的再早一点。因为有很多人为了赶早班机都会很早离开酒店。上次大厅也会在登记入住的时候提供咖啡。但这次需要付钱，不过他们也会提供很好吃的点心。如果你吃点的话，一定会想叫杯咖啡的。

Dear 655waynea, thank you for your comments concerning your stay. We do try to catch everyone for breakfast, which is why we moved the breakfast hours back to 5am serving time from the typical 6am time frame. It is hard to get all guests covered for breakfast. We have installed a grab n go coffee outlet for the lobby in hoped of capturing more of our guests when breakfast is closed and it has been a success so far.

Thank you for the comments, we will use these to look into more guest centered modifications to our serve and offerings.

I hope we are able to serve you again, if your travels brings you back to the Boston Logan area.

首选的本地公园和飞行旅馆

我们经常在酒店里呆着，只要我们早点出发，就能去洛根机场。我们更喜欢这家酒店，因为他们提供的便利的公园和飞机价格，以及酒店底层的便利餐厅。作为当地人，我们一直多次回住这里，因为这里十分舒适和便利。
