I want to apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. I would like to report that we had our pet control vendor come to the hotel to do their monthly check-up and he reported that there were no issues (mice) in the hotel. I apologize that you thought that was the case, but it was not. Regarding the AC, I am happy that the front desk was able to switch you into a different room right away. We have many family's here that are extremely happy with their stay. I am very, very sorry to hear that your room was not clean to your standards. If you could email the general manager at firstname.lastname@example.org, I would like to know what room number you were in so we can pay special attention to this room when providing cleaning service.
