Greetings and thank you for your recent review. I'm sorry we didn't earn a higher rating and hope you'll accept our sincerest apologies for your Internet troubles and an unusually "hectic" breakfast. Our newly remodeled atrium has vastly reduced long lines at breakfast, especially on Sunday mornings, however this will always remain a priority for us and we'll continue to focus on improving our efficiency each and every day.
We are also working hard to stay ahead of the technology demands on our internet environment. Like most hotels this is a cyclical challenge that we all go through. As we speak, Hilton is rolling out new brand-wide standards and suppliers related to the necessary upgrades to accommodate the growing use smart phones and other devices being used to connect. We are well ahead of the curve with respect to completing a hardware refresh that is necessary to keep up with current demands.
