Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback concerning recent stay, we will use this information to improve. I am very sorry to hear of your poor experience. We did do a complete renovation of guest rooms and corridors in 2014, again I am sorry that this did not meet with your satisfaction. We do not have a free breakfast but our restaurant (Club Tavern and Grill) is a local favorite receiving great feedback on our food and service. I hope you will give us another opportunity, the menu is reasonably priced. There is no excuse for the 'hostile" staff as you described. I will look into this, as this of course is far below our standards and is not our norm.
