我们在Gili酒店度过了非常棒的一次入住体验，非常感谢这里出色的员工让这一切变得如此特别。我们的管家KK服务非常周到，用心照顾我们的一切需求。特别要感谢服务员Wabbe和Anli，他们非常友好且体贴，让我们感到宾至如归。正因为他们的贴心服务，我们的这次旅行变得难以忘怀。强烈推荐！

GILI的景色绝美、原木风的房间细节设计很棒。这里的每个人都很友好，谢谢我们的管家KK小仙女帮我们把行程安排的很完美，还为我们准备小惊喜，回家之后宝宝也经常念叨起KK阿姨。餐厅的工作人员服务特别好，Tobby、Monica等等每一个遇到的人都很用心。

喜欢原生态、原木风、躺平度假的，强烈推荐这家，我个人真的太太太喜欢了。
服务方面酒店的工作人员都非常Nice，能感受得到他们的真诚，快乐。专属的用餐服务人员，我要大大表扬一下，我们的中文管家KK，真的给到这家酒店锦上添花，热情、专业，非常棒的一个小女生。
餐饮方面主餐厅出品很不错，早餐半自助，有满满的一本菜谱可以选择。有一些亚洲菜很适合中国胃。

我们于2024.10.16到达gili,从入住到离开，充分体验到了Gili的完美服务。房间宽敞干净明亮，生活舒适和方便。岛上风景极佳，还可享用各种美食。在这里不管是居住还是用餐，浮潜，购物或拍照都受到了每一位工作人员的耐心接待，每位员工都面带微笑，很有礼貌，会主动询问需要什么帮助。这里要特别提到的是27号房间中文管家kk,服务热情细心周到，到每天都来提醒我们每天的活动安排，有事找kk她都能尽力随时帮助解决，是一位特别棒的酒店员工。有了这样优质服务，我们在Gili渡过了一段的开心快乐的美好时光，谢谢Gili的所有员工，谢谢美丽可爱的kk！再见！

我是第一次来到漂亮的海岛度假，风景非常优美，蓝蓝的天、美丽的大海、细细白沙滩、高大的棕榈树、棕榈叶屋顶木屋别墅、奇妙的林荫小道、游泳池……，一切都非常美妙，适合拍照打卡。餐食可口品种丰富，服务生服务很好，特别是我们的中文管家KK非常专业、服务非常棒，每天帮我们把活动安排的井井有条，不管是在我们需要服务的时刻还是其它应该服务的场合，她都会及时出现，值得点一个大大的赞！总之，我们全家在岛上这些天都玩得很开心！已向身边的亲朋好友推荐来这里玩。
房间贴士： 1.房间的部分木质家具如茶几、桌椅、床头边边角角不够光滑圆润，我有两次刮破腿部皮肤，建议对房间内的各种木质家具仔细检查，边角有毛刺、尖锐的地方适当打磨打磨。
2.提供的自行车轮胎缺气，建议提前检查充气。
