We do all we can to meet our guest’s specific needs and make exceptions where we can, and I am sorry to hear that we missed the mark with you when requesting an early check-in. When possible, we try to accommodate these requests, but that depends greatly on several factors. I’m concerned that you took our front desk’s hesitance to grant your request as poor service, however we were taking into account many different factors such how many arrivals and departures we have on that day and whether we have a room of that specific reservation type available at the time the guest arrives early. This is why we are unable to guarantee early check-in and later check-out, although we do make exceptions when possible. I apologize deeply that this was not communicated to you and that it caused any inconvenience in your stay. We are always happy to do what we can to make our guests comfortable, and would be happy to store luggage so you can enjoy our pool, restaurants and other amenities. I can understand how this situation can be frustrating and it is with regret from our end that we were unable to take care of this issue during your stay. I hope you won't let this deter you from visiting Arizona Charlie's again. We look forward to welcoming you back!
