今天休息日带女朋友来这里玩投币游戏，喝点酒。我们很喜欢这个地方，原来我们总去迪凯特的另一家，头一次来这里。很高兴我们来了。这个地方很有趣。服务很棒，投币游戏很好玩，这里充满活力。强烈建议像我一样的当地人从拉斯维加斯大道上来这里休息一下，同时也建议所有在这里的大道上已经好几天，并且想赌博放松一下的游客也来这儿。感谢让我们度过美好的时光！

我只在拉斯维加斯住了一晚，所以我想找个便宜一点的地方住宿，不过还是老话说的好，一分钱一分货。首先，我们是下午2点左右到达的酒店，在办理入住手续时，工作人员用清晰的措辞告知我们，即使房间准备好了，他们也不会给我们办理入住手续。工作人员表现得很无理，一点也不友好。当我们进入自己的房间时，我们看到房间很大，很漂亮，但是所有东西看起来都不是很干净。沙发被弄脏了，床就是我所说的 “香蕉床”，睡起来对我们的背部很不好。因为要使用桌子，所以我把它搬过来当做办公桌使用，结果一只桌子腿直接掉了下来。墙上的电源插座分布已经满足不了现在的电子产品使用了。淋浴很不错，毛巾也很柔软。

Thank you for your recent stay and review. It's never our intention to disappoint our guests, as we are all working to creat comfortable hospitality in an entertaining environment.
We do all we can to meet our guest’s specific needs and make exceptions where we can, and I am sorry to hear that we missed the mark with you when requesting an early check-in. When possible, we try to accommodate these requests, but that depends greatly on several factors. I’m concerned that you took our front desk’s hesitance to grant your request as poor service, however we were taking into account many different factors such how many arrivals and departures we have on that day and whether we have a room of that specific reservation type available at the time the guest arrives early. This is why we are unable to guarantee early check-in and later check-out, although we do make exceptions when possible. I apologize deeply that this was not communicated to you and that it caused any inconvenience in your stay. We are always happy to do what we can to make our guests comfortable, and would be happy to store luggage so you can enjoy our pool, restaurants and other amenities. I can understand how this situation can be frustrating and it is with regret from our end that we were unable to take care of this issue during your stay. I hope you won't let this deter you from visiting Arizona Charlie's again. We look forward to welcoming you back!

特地来这里吃他们的早餐。不算是最顶级的，但是很好吃。我没有点什么特别的东西，但我们点的食物都很好吃。特别是价格优惠。服务周到，他们很快就上了咖啡。还会再来的。

这是间不折不扣的赌场酒店。不管你是去餐厅还是去前台，都必须要踏过烟雾缭绕的地面。房间还行，有达到二星级的水准。房间的通风不好，床还不错。家具都很破旧了。床上用品很干净很新。酒店是时候翻新了，也该换点新家具了，毕竟这的房费也不便宜。如果不是别无选择的话，我是不会再来这了。

我飞到维加斯，然后马不停蹄地赶去犹他州。他们在这家酒店做了一笔交易，你甚至不需要支付度假费。他们有很多建筑物，通过赌场你就可以找到前台。职员们办事效率很高(包括入住和离店)。我确实是在星期六很晚的时候到的，而且我很难找到我的房间。但是，房间干净，耐用，并提供了很好的途径到州际公路。赌场里有食物，但烟熏得我受不了，所以我没去他们的餐馆。

我们在镇上参加一场家庭婚礼，有人告诉我这是一个很好的住宿地。但是我们的房间很脏，浴室的墙上有霉菌！！我们不会再来这里住的，也不会向别人推荐这里。

We try hard to provide our guests with a comfortable and effortless hospitality experience and it’s always a disappointment to hear when we’ve missed the mark. It does sound like the room you were checked into was not properly readied for arrival, and for that I apologize. We use the reviews to assess the areas we have succeeded and areas that need additional personnel or attention. We can assure you that we’re working to ensure these areas will be corrected and enhanced going forward. If your travels bring you to Las Vegas again, I want to reassure you along with other guests that we can provide a better hospitality experience than what you encountered with this atypical situation. For this reason, we hope that this will not deter you from staying with us in the future as we would like the opportunity to provide the comfortable hospitality Arizona Charlie’s is known for. Enjoy the last days of summer and we wish you continued and safe travels!
