I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us.It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued guests.
I'm really disappointing to read of your experience during your stay with us. My sincerely apologies, we always try to go above and beyond for each guest that stays with us, but it certainly sound like we failed your instance. I would let the Housekeeping department know about the issues. Also our locations is safe and is an urban areas.
Please accept my apology and I hope you gave us another chance in the future. Thank you once again for choosing our property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comment with us. I'm glad you were satisfied with our rooms cleanliness . I'm sorry the you did not like our surround areas, but our town is an urban areas and our neighbor are friendly. There is more options going to the beautiful city of New York. We are close by Bus terminal or you can take the train and is only half an hour to get to the city of New York. Thank you for choosing our property and hoping to see you again.

我们喜欢美洲特惠客栈纽华克机场这个酒店。这里提供免费的班车，从早上4点开始每半小时都有车去纽瓦克机场。从早上6点到晚上9点这里都提供早餐。房间特别大，壁橱里的有惊喜哟，有熨斗和熨衣板。当我们在邮轮度假期间，这里的洗衣服非常方便，很棒。我们走了大约4个街区，就找到了一些好的食品店。

经过一夜，由于早晨的航班，我和我的儿子都需要一张舒适的床。 班机把我从机场接过来，，早上没有发生意外就让我下车。晚上的司机可能会更友好，但在酒店里，Ankit是非常棒的！早上有多米尼加共和国的咖啡和华夫饼。谢谢你Ankit。我希望你们能看到。你很友好，很好客。

因为我们要在纽瓦克机场停留10个小时，所以预订了这家酒店。我们都很喜欢这里，价格实惠，每晚只要54美元，客房很干净，早餐要比机场内的大多数高价餐厅好吃，而且还有24小时的机场接送服务，这对我们很重要。强烈推荐。这不是五星级酒店，不过是个休息的好地方，如果你打算来这里并且使用机场服务的话，有一些节省时间的建议：搭乘空中列车去P4站，走楼梯的时候就可以打电话给酒店，让他们知道你要接送车，巴士10分钟内就会到。
