相当不错的一个酒店,地处中心地带,这里将是你的不二之选,非常的干净的现代设备齐全,工作人员也热情友好,前台的服务生态度也很棒。工作人员态度相当不错,非常的专业友好热情,这是一个不错的五星级酒店,在纽约当地完全满足我的需求,周围环境也非常好,在这里住了短短的两天,感觉很开心,强烈向你推荐最想去的地方也非常容易,地理位置实在是太方便了,不超过五分钟就走到了想去的地方,我感觉很棒。附近有各种各样的商店餐馆食物的选择也很多样,值得推荐。

当我打电话去更改预约的时候,我就开始喜欢这个地方了。前台的工作人员(不是万豪的前台工作人员)自动的给我组合好的现金和奖励点-不用我自己要求。多让人耳目一新?!酒店很干净也很安静。我在这家酒店住得很享受,还会来这里的。

价格非常棒,但这个地方太糟糕了!!我们有预定房间,但是抵达时酒店却没有房间。主动向我提供另一家恶心的酒店。有史以来最差的酒店经历。无论如何都不要在这里花一分钱。可怕,差劲,糟透了,最差的酒店。我不是唯一一个因为酒店过度销售而被转到其他酒店的客人。

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us on TripAdvisor. I would like to sincerely apologize that we were not able to accommodate you for your visit in Parsippany. I can certainly understand your frustration with expecting to have a room at our hotel that your booked, only to arrive and find out that we were unable to accommodate your reservation.
I also apologize that the facilities at your relocation property were inadequate. We do our best to find comprable hotels in the area for guest convenience during these inconvenient times.
I know that I cannot take back your poor experience but I do hope that if your travels bring you back to Parsippany that you will give us another opportunity to make your next visit right.
