我们留在这里是为了到营地接女儿的旅行。我们带着狗，我不得不说这家酒店很棒。这家旅馆非常干净，特别是考虑到允许养宠物，我们很高兴。酒店工作人员非常有礼貌，乐于助人。如果我们有必要回到这个地区，一定会留在这里。

We are so sorry you experienced problems with your credit card. When a credit card is used to guarantee a reservation for another person, it is authorized since you agree to guarantee payment for that reservation.
When the other guest checks in, we get their credit card for payment, and authorize that to pay their own reservation, but the authorization is also on your credit card (not a charge). When reviewing your online credit card or debit card activity online, your bank does not differentiate the difference between an authorization or payment. The timing of how long an authorization remains on your account is up to your banks policy. It is only released when a corresponding charge is posted against that authorization. I believe you are talking about an authorization that you gave us to guarantee payment for a guest (that we used until that guest arrived and gave us their credit card for payment). Please check with your bank to question when they will release the pending authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot speak to your bank on your behalf.
So sorry for this difficulty you experienced. Hopefully this explanation better explains why it appeared that you had been charged incorrectly.

这家酒店确实有很多东西值得前往，有储存能力，还能烹调食物；非常舒适的床、舒适的座位和灯光、漂亮的运动室和游泳池以及室外座位区、美丽的聚餐区和会议室。房间里很安静，我从来没有听到来自过道的噪音。虽然他们提供了一顿很好很多样的欧式早餐，但目前缺乏无麸质的选择。所以，如果你喜欢面包/糕点/谷类食品，而且必须吃无麸质的，那就自己带食物吧。

我们在这里住了3个晚上，房间一次也没有打扫过。第二晚后，我在下午1点离开之前给客房服务打电话，要求打扫房间，但当我下午4点回来时，房间仍然没有打扫干净。我又打了一次电话，却被告知他们的客房服务员在下午3点半以后就走了。非常，非常令人失望的经历，尤其是我过去在这里有一个愉快的经历。我知道这也是一个“续住”的酒店，但日常客房服务是我支付费用的一部分，我在这里没有得到任何服务。在这个地区有很多其他的酒店选择，未来我很乐意支付额外的费用，以避开这家酒店...

在看完弗农的斯巴达勇士赛之后，我住在这里。房间很好，很干净，很宽敞。有很多停车位。wifi良好。服务很好，前台员工很友好。早餐很棒，有好喝的咖啡。我一定会再次住在这里。

这家酒店很棒，员工Ruben , April和 Ester非常的友好、知识渊博、彬彬有礼。我绝对推荐这个酒店。在这里住得很放松和愉快。房间干净整洁。最重要的是，服务非常好，造就了它的与众不同。如果我能在这呆一整个月，我会很高兴，自助早餐一流。喜欢它的一切。
