I'm happy to share that there are three restaurant options within a very short walking distance from the hotel as well as our in-house breakfast restaurant and our pub which offers lunch and dinner. If you are looking to travel outside of walking distance, we do offer shuttle service during the weekdays within a 5 mile radius. I'm disappointed to learn that you were unsatisfied with the feel of our hotel, as we completed a 20 million dollar renovation as recently as three years ago. I am disappointed to hear that there was a maintenance issue in your shower, and our cleaning staff certainly should have proactively corrected this issue. I will personally address this with our Housekeeping team. I also regret that there was an incident in our Sheraton Club Lounge which resulted in your clothing being damaged. I am happy to note that we were able to get your clothing dry cleaned promptly to resolve this issue.
