四月的时候我刚和学校音乐部的朋友们住过这里。我们来参加WorldStrides Heritage音乐节的比赛。这家酒店本身非常棒！这里距离纽约城只要几分钟，所以位置堪称完美。工作人员都超级友好，房间很舒适，大厅装饰得很漂亮，早餐也很美味。建议你试试羊角面包和甜点！噢天哪太好吃了！顺便说一句，我们比赛赢了！：）

在驾车北行的路上，我们在这里住了一个晚上。酒店看起来不错，而且位置好，就在287州际公路旁边。第一个问题：前台竟然找不到我的预定记录。这里存档都是用名字，而不是用姓氏。房间还可以，是典型的马里奥特风格。掀起被子之后，我们发现铺好的床单上面竟然有血渍。我们给客房服务打电话了，一个客房服务员就送了干净的床单过来，但其中有一张被单也有油渍。最终，换了三次，才换到干净的床单。卧室的地方上还有一个用过的湿棉签。前台经理向我们道歉了，但是这对我们来说也是不可接受的，让我们开始怀疑，还有什么地方有垃圾而我们没有发现？我们在酒店的咖啡店吃了早餐，价格偏贵，而且食物和服务都很一般。
Thank you for sharing your feedback from your recent stay. Please know that we pride ourselves on cleanliness, though you obviously had a very poor experience and for that I truly apologize. As you can see from our many TripAdvisor reviews, we rarely hear of a cleanliness issue, and I appreciate you sharing your experience so we can correct the issue.
