Thank you so much for your regular patronage and for returning to us for ten years, and thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

We sincerely regret to note that not all your experiences met with your expectations.

Located right on the beach and exposed to the tropical weather, we acknowledge how important it is to constantly maintain and upkeep the property. We upgraded our lobby and gym facilities, and also refreshed our villas recently and added our bespoke villa host service. Our iconic infinity pool and surrounding area was revamped early last year, together with our Mediterranean, rustic-chic beachside restaurant, Sanje. We will continue with all necessary improvements.

We very much appreciate your kind compliments on our staff and our breakfasts. I am happy to share your review with them, which will without doubt continue to spur them to constantly strive for perfection, while embracing all our guests with their genuine caring Balinese hospitality.

You will be pleased to learn that we are going through some serious food tastings these days to create a new and further enhanced Sanje all-day dining menu, whilst a healthy a la carte breakfast menu has already been implemented.

We take good note of your comments regarding pricing. Whilst unfortunately most of our costs, including utilities, increase over the years, we are confident that we are competitively priced against other 5-star hotels. Furthermore, we have adjusted our restaurant pricing to comparable free-standing restaurants and bars, despite the fact that we have higher overheads. We will continue to monitor pricing to ensure we provide the best value for guests, at the highest quality.

For our regular guests, we also offer The Seminyak Club Membership benefits, with attractive rates and discounts in our restaurants, spa and retail.

We hope this matter will not undermine your trust in us and that we will be able to welcome you back again to enjoy all the improvements we have made.
