We are delighted that our offerings and services have granted you satisfaction. Pampering you, our guest, lies close to our hearts. Indeed lots of excellent restaurants are within walking distance from our hotel. The Restaurant in the hotel is an ocean view dining option where we serve a contemporary cuisine with a twist of Asian flavors and a strong focus on local, organic and sustainable ingredients that highlight the best of Bali. The menu is created by our Michelin-starred executive chef, Stéphane Gortina. Do not miss to try our evolve tasting menu which is a favorite of our guest.

坐落在海滩上的很棒的酒店，员工很棒。这儿的饭菜也很赞，早餐超好吃。这儿还能看到美丽的海景。没啥让我不满的。酒店在水明漾（Seminyak）市中心，离所有好餐厅都很近，走着就能到，可以避开巴厘岛拥堵的交通，很赞。

这家酒店最突出的特点是绝对完美和专业的服务。这是我体验过最棒的九点了。酒店本身就是一个很棒的地方，位置很好，有一个很棒的游泳池和一个令人十分愉快的餐厅。房间宽敞舒适，设备齐全。迷你吧是时用时补的。也许有些家具有点过时了，但都很实用。值得一提的是:7月16日，我们在那里发生了一场5.7级的地震，震中距塞米尼亚克约100公里。地震有点吓人，但好消息是，酒店似乎建得很好，根本没有明显的破坏。这家酒店给入住的人提供了一种非常安全的感觉!

We highly appreciate your positive feedback on your last visit with us.
Thank you so much for your kind comments about our property, the room, the restaurant and most importantly that you felt cared for by our friendly employees. We are indeed very proud of every single employee we have. Every day they are all fully motivated to serve our guests.
It is a shame that we had to experience the earthquake recently but as you said all is safe and under control. Our buildings were built earthquake-proof and the main building of the hotel is also considered as "tsunami-safe" because of the structure and its height.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to our resort again in the near future.

我们对乐吉安度假酒店印象深刻。设施很精致——我们住在一个豪华的套房里，这间套房很现代，设备豪华，充满了巴厘岛风格的艺术，室外区域修剪得很漂亮，可以欣赏海景。尽管是一家中大型的酒店，乐吉安度假酒店还是设法保持了一种亲切感，所有的员工都定期（不确定他们是怎么做到的）以名字问候我们，经理也定期拜访我们。餐厅的早餐很不错。海滩风景如画，尽管海浪和激流阻碍了我们在那里游泳。

这是巴厘岛最漂亮的酒店，服务一流，早餐、客房、游泳池应有尽有。我一定会再去那里。房间很大，充满了巴厘岛风情，很有品位。服务很好，房间很干净，一切都很完美。
