一开始，拖延了一段时间，因为我被要求为预付的房间缴纳50万印尼盾的保证金。在预订过程中没有提到，甚至用信用卡支付可退换外币费用也会收取额外费用。后来用我自己的货币支付，作为可退换现金，这更容易接受一些。工作人员都很好，很好地处理了我的问题。房间布置得很好，很舒适。地点很好，装饰也很有想象力。我下次来巴厘岛还住这里。

我在巴厘岛住了2年，每次路过这个地方都没有想过它。但回来度假，在这家酒店待了四个晚上。我坐了36个小时的车，从我下车的那一刻起，工作人员就非常乐于助人，让我很轻松。我升级了，房间很宽敞，床很舒服，气氛也很时髦，但提供的是五星级的传统服务。我不想离开。

如此有个性！在这家酒店住得很开心，希望以后能回来这里:)。员工很友善，还可以享受15分钟的免费足疗。走路到水明漾广场很方便，那里什么都有哦。酒店还有台球桌呢。啤酒很便宜，床很舒适，很有艺术感。

这是我第二次住在这里。我最喜欢酒店的位置。酒店靠近所有的地方：墨西哥汽车旅馆/Potato Head海滩俱乐部/吴哥酒吧等。酒店的工作人员非常友好。唯一的缺点是清洁，和我前一次住宿不一样。满分10分的话，我认为客房服务有7.5分。但是在投诉的时候，客房部/工作人员会认真对待，以最好的方式对待客人。
