Did you bring the matter to the attention of Ms.Faye, our restaurant manager, so that she could address it on the spot? Without more detail, it is difficult to correct the issue after the fact. I can assure you that we do not tolerate rude behavior from our employees. Perhaps it was a communication issue. Anyway, sorry to hear about it and we will share your comment with the staff during the next employee meeting. We appreciate that feedback too.

As for the front desk, we have had quite a few personnel changes but we are working to improve there.
