我给我一家六口人和四个孩子预定了三房间的住宿，带有早餐。但是登记入住的时候，他们才提醒我，孩子早餐不包含在内。前台说我人数应该填写10位大人。可是我们都知道小孩子也吃不了多少东西啊。而且如果你在房间里要额外的毛巾的话，还需要额外付费。我去很多酒店，没经历过这样的事情。

We appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us. We take it as a complement that you guess that our place is popular for the family as it was jam packed with kids. Surely our hotel swimming pool and play ground will be enjoyed by the kids and their families. Regarding our restaurant dining area you must be referring to our Aresi Restaurant you must have stayed during peak dates as you find it crowded though we have other restaurants like Ramen Sora, Yakitori Bincho-Tan and our affiliate restaurant across the hotel Gerry’s Grill for other alternative dining areas for your meal requirements.

We would like to thank you for choosing Court Meridian Hotel & Suites – Subic Bay for your business trip.
We appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us during your stay. We regret the fact that you were disappointed with your experience and we sincerely apologize if we were not able to meet your expectations.
Kids 5 years old and below stay in the room for free apparently no breakfast and no extra amenities and no extra towels included however request for extra breakfast and towels may be accommodated with corresponding charges. Additional charges shall apply for Kids 6 years old and above.
The hotel management and team take your review as a reminder and challenge for us to improve our services.
We still hope that you will still give us chance to redeem ourselves and still consider staying with us on you next visit to Subic Bay.

我因公务在苏比克停留了一周选择入住了这家酒店。这里虽然不是一家豪华酒店但是它也非常棒，干净并且悉心照料。酒店的工作人员看起来似乎不太热情，甚至他们有时候看起来很烦躁或者很冷淡，不过有些也还不错，让我觉得这里也是悉心照料的。酒店的餐厅还算可以，有一些我很喜欢的菜肴（三明治和mac和奶酪），总的来说我再次来的话愿意再次入住。

位置不错，价格合理。附近很多餐厅，也有几家便利店。这些餐厅的食物品质可以说是价廉物美。我喜欢在Aresi吃到的早餐和Gerry’s Grill的午餐或晚餐。晚上在酒店附近和SBMA周边慢跑/闲逛也让我觉得非常安全。

停车位非常有限。大厅太小，无法容纳新来的客人。员工帮不了忙——机器人在客户服务方面甚至都会做得更好。游泳池看起来像一个叠加在中间的池子。我体验过更好的酒店和客户服务。

We appreciate you taking time to share your experience with us during your stay. On behalf of the hotel management and team we sincerely apologize if our staff and swimming pool were not able to meet or surpass your expectations during your stay.
Our parking space may be limited with total of 25 slots but area is safeguarded with CCTV cameras and hotel security 24/7.
Hotel photos were a bit different now since we have renovated our rooms and refurbished our hotel room furniture, lobby and a new playground set was installed in the hotel.

我们来这里参加为期三天的研讨会，有机会住了这家酒店。酒店位置很方便，很容易就能找到，靠近苏比克的入口，离一些餐厅、潜水艇的停泊区、美国国防公司的护卫舰以及苏比克海湾管理局很近。房间还行，酒店有泳池、会议厅，还有Aresi集团餐厅提供的餐食。自助早餐种类不多，但是服务员很热情。研讨会期间供应的餐食还可以。房间价格就是一般的酒店价格，和直接去前台订房是一样的。总之没什么突出的地方，但是很适合短期入住。
