最近我送我儿子去上NOLS的课，我们就住在这里。度假村干净得无可挑剔，工作人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人，床极其舒适，房间安静，度假村提供了许多可供选择的活动，员工知道很多东西。我在跳舞熊餐厅吃了一份觅食熊沙拉…很好。期待再次入住。

如果你睡得很沉，睡觉的时候听不见声音的话，高山度假酒店的湖屋就是为你准备的。首先这里对狗很友好，所以当狗在房间里叫的时候，你只能被迫承受吵闹。其次，如果下雨了，你在一楼房间会听到水滴滴落的声音。窗帘很短，所以你的房间里会有光透进来。1星级酒店价格公道，但在该地区还有许多更好的酒店。记住这是一家在街对面的老式酒店。你住的旅馆正对着湖，还有其他建筑物和街道。你会在你的房间里听到街上的噪音。

Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us.
I apologize that the noise and light were not better blocked from the room and that you were disturbed by a barking dog. We require guests to be in control of their dogs at all times which means they cannot be left in their guest room unattended. I am sorry this was your experience.
We will keep your feedback in mind for future revisions of the room, we update them frequently to provide the best stay possible.

我挥霍了一下，为了庆祝周年纪念订了一晚豪华房。去那的前几天，所有的媒体都预报有暴风雪，路都封了，情况也比较恶劣。政府警告大家呆在家里。我想取消订单，但是他们不同意，即便是这样极端的情况。他们建议我们开车来试试！我试图跟酒店的经理沟通，发邮件，打了很多电话，但没人接我的电话，还收了我400美元！他们居然连折都没打，忽略了我的所有邮件和信息。
