We're deeply disappointed to hear you weren't pleased with your experience, Fatima.
We always strive to provide our guests with a relaxing and comfortable experience. Your happiness and satisfaction are two of our biggest priorities. It's disheartening to hear your stay was not up to par with the high standard we're accustomed to sharing with our guests. We will address your review and concerns with our team and work to improve for the future.
With this said, we'd like to rectify this experience and share a much more positive one with you. We'd look forward to showing you why we're one of the best hotels around. We'd love another opportunity to work with you.

酒店极度需要一次深度清洁，房间感觉很脏。有几处深色泥灰土在地上，浴室门自始至终都不能关，而且浴室很脏，前台员工倒是很友好

We appreciate the feedback. We're disappointed your time with us was less than ideal. It's unfortunate your room wasn't refreshed properly. We hold ourselves to a higher standard so we'll address your concerns with our team moving forward.

预订海景房，但限制欣赏另一边的景色。在第一个晚上，房间里的服务员5点才出现，我告诉她不要打扰我们。下午5点30分检查，由于相关通知，缩短我们2晚住宿，我们被告知有很多移民(在长滩周日游行后的周一! ! !)

客房服务充其量也只能说是低于一般水平之下。第一天早上他们从我房间拿走了2条脏毛巾，2条手巾，2条面斤，还有2条浴巾。当我回到房间时，他们就只拿回了2条手巾，然后就完事儿了，其他东西都没了。在我入住的整个时间段内，他们从没有清洁过水池以及镜子。酒吧还不错，服务员也很友好。入住手续很快捷！酒店内的一切其实都蛮好的，就除了房间的清洁以及客房服务不那么尽如人意。
