我和我丈夫有一张这个酒店的下午茶抵用券。虽然我们路过这酒店无数次但还从未进去过。很多很多停车位，这在金斯敦可不常见。前台很热情，问我们是想坐在里面还是外面。我们选择了坐在外面的漂亮花园里。我们的女服务生 Sheila 很可爱，下午茶很快就送过来了，而且味道很好。Sheila 很细心，让我们感觉像在家一样。她给我们讲了很多有关酒店及场地等的事。那天晚上有户外烤肉活动，定价非常合理。我们还会再来，也希望能再见到 Sheila。在这里，我有这一次很棒的体验。

I am so sorry that we were not able to contact you before your stay as this is something that the reception team usually do as a courtesy especially if there is a function or event that may restrict the use of some of our dining areas. Occasionally we do not have the correct tel or email details and I can only apologise if the function caused you any inconvenience during your visit.
Meanwhile, I hope that you enjoyed the tennis and look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel again very soon.

Thank you for choosing the Brook Kingston Lodge Hotel for dinner as part of the birthday celebrations. It was so lovely to meet with you all last week and I am delighted to read that you all enjoyed the courtyard, company and canapés. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this caused. I am also very sorry that you did not enjoy breakfast , although Chef and the breakfast team usually receive very positive feedback I can only apologise that the bacon and sausages were not your liking. Of course had you approached the restaurant manager at the time Chef would have been more than happy to remake this to order for you .
