Thank you for choosing to stay at our hotel. We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay with us. The room setup is in place because we’re an extended stay hotel. The vent above the cook surface is low enough to catch any steam coming from food being cooked; however, there is enough view to be able to see what is being cooked. Also, all of our bathtubs have a handle in the wall and a non-slip surface built in and that is inspected on a daily basis to ensure all of our guests are safe when using the bathtub. Next, between the bed and the bathroom, the door opens on the inside to ensure easy access to the bathroom and it’s not near the bed.
