We are disheartened to learn that you were so disappointed with your recent experience. As you noted, we offer both self and valet parking services, and parking is charged per car, rather than per room. Since our valet team parked two vehicles associated with your reservation, two charges were applied. We understand that this was not what you had hoped for, and we further regret to find that the adjustment made on the final bill of your previous stay was not satisfactory.
