I am sorry that you were not pleased with your room and for the noise problems. The pool closes at 10pm. I have reminded the desk staff to ensure that they do close it on time. I will share your comments with our housekeeping staff to ensure that they treat the room for any odors.

很不错，看上去很干净，都是套件的用品，很大，有两个平面屏幕。全尺寸冰箱，整洁的小厨房。许多枕头，一张结实的床垫，一个大浴室和一张舒适的沙发。从下午5点到7点半有免费的葡萄酒和啤酒，是一段快乐的时光，但我吃完饭回来他们已经喝完了。有一点不好的是：第二天早晨，我几乎空荡荡的酒杯里死了一只蟑螂。

房间很混乱。空的酒瓶，粘地板，脏乱的床。客服需要回顾他们的政策与程序。我们期待住2晚，但是我们第二天离开去了另一间酒店，我们不会再来这里入住了。完全没有达到希尔顿的标准。

作为住宿的地方它简直太棒了！酒店位置很好，干净，客户服务也很棒。早餐很好吃！晚上的酒也很好喝。相当宽敞！希尔顿酒店太棒了！只有亲自来并且体验一下，否则无法用自己的语言来形容这个酒店！
