房间很干净，前台服务很好。泳池也很漂亮。酒店地理位置也完美。我唯一的问题就是大约在早上5；30到6；00之间，我们开始听见一些很吵的砰砰的声音我猜应该是其他客人离开他们房间然后很用力的关门。噢对了，我们几乎晚上的睡眠都很好。

While I am ecstatic to know you enjoyed your stay, I do want to apologize for any of the guests that might have woken you up early. We want each of our guests to have a clean and comfortable stay, so we always want to hear where we might have succeeded or failed in that area so that we can continue to improve our hotel and provide our guests with the services they deserve. 我得说…我是白金会员。但由于近年来在各种舒适的旅馆和套房，我对他们的下降非常失望。这家旅馆是好的，但早餐是在半年的努力徒劳的尝试。这不是我住过的一个好的旅馆。它现在严重需要更新。在进入我们的房间之前，管家没有敲门。还好我们都穿好衣服。她从不道歉，似乎因为我们叫她等了几分钟，直到我们离开。

I'm sorry to hear that your stay was not all that it could be. The staff at our hotel takes a lot of pride in the services we offer and want each guest to feel welcome and comfortable. I will be looking into the issues you presented to guarantee they will not be there in the future.
