I apologize you found our distance to the metro un-walkable but as you have stated our courtesy shuttle is more than happy to assist you and your bags to the Spring Hill Metro Station located on the Silver Line. We metro to only this stop as the other local metro stations are only pedestrian friendly and do not have a designated "kiss and ride" drop-off/pick-up.

In regards to your concern about noise I do apologize that the Crowne Plaza hotel adjacent to our property is doing renovations to their entire building. We will certainly keep in mind your preferences for next time and try and locate you on a higher floor away from their building.
