坐飞机到西雅图的时候在这里停留过几次。酒店离机场真的只要步行5分钟,或者也可以乘坐免费的穿梭巴士。最近刚翻新,一切都很新,我住的房间也是最近刚升级,又大又舒适。2月份去的时候,酒店还在翻新酒吧/餐馆,于是餐馆临时设在了会议室,我去吃过,一点问题没有。
酒店距离机场近的程度令人感到十分惊叹,这一点正是我和我丈夫在这里小住一下所需要的。然而,通向我们房间的门是坏的而且没有插销,淋浴间的排水管没有打开,我们刚到的时候在房间里还有一双穿过的鞋子。

如果你喜欢一个可以脱离旧苏联风格的房间,那你一定会喜欢这家雷迪森酒店的。这是一家非常制度化且缺乏热情的酒店。这里虽然经过了新装修,但我所住的房间的门锁是坏了的,并且台灯也是坏了的。还有浴室里的灯光是很奇怪的,会投下阴影的,这对一个需要开灯化妆的女人来说真的是不太好的。另外住在这边我还得付22美元的停车费。我是不会再回来这家酒店住宿的了。

Most of the feedback has been spectacular (especially coming from the previous decor), but we understand that everyone has different tastes. We apologize for any issues you had with your room regarding locks and lighting. Hopefully you let the front desk know so that Engineering could see to your needs. Sorry, too, you were unaware of the parking fee. We don't know of hotels in Seattle with free parking, and we do post that pricing information clearly on our website. We also share all of the information with the third-party booking sites. If you were unaware, that is unfortunate, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

客户服务差劲。晚上11点,在打了好几次电话后,我和两个年幼的孩子在寒风中生气地等了一个多小时,因为我们打电话时,班车司机总是会胡乱接一些挥手拦车的人。调度员一再保证司机不会再干这种事了,但司机并不在乎。然后司机生气了,他把我们的行李翻来覆去以示报复!他太粗鲁了,把我们的旅行尾声全毁了!
