I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review of our cabins. I am so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cabin design and our amenities! After a long summer of intermittent fire bans we are also very happy to hear that guests have been able to enjoy their campfires again!
I was very disappointed to read, however, that there were members of our staff that did not meet expectations. It is certainly very important for us to always provide a welcoming atmosphere and to help guests with any and all questions or inquiries they may have about our area. I have no doubt that you are very busy, but in order to improve our service in the future I would love the opportunity to speak with you further about the issues surrounding your stay.
