I do apologize for the issues you experienced during your most recent stay.
Prior to check-in you have called Marriott Rewards for a redemption stay certificate which you've received for a category 4 hotel, we are a category 5. Therefore, you didn't have a certificate attached to your reservation which then we offered you the best available rate of $429 during this holiday season.
Our staff went above and beyond to dispute this error with Marriott Rewards and was successfully able to retrieve the correct redemption certificate and immediately refunded you for your paid stay.
Once again, I would like to apologize on behalf of Marriott for the inconvenience during your stay.
