这里的房间看起来过时了。当你第一次走进你的房间时，闻起来有点发霉。空调并不能使房间凉快多少，但工作人员给了我们一个风扇过夜。员工是友好且乐于助人的!!我还会住在这里，但希望他们能尽快完成装修。

我住在这间酒店的654室。房间空调由两床之间的按钮控制。房间非常潮湿,当你躺在床上时，会感觉被子是“湿”的。厕所里有个座便式喷水器(坐浴盆)。淋浴还可以。房间里有一个小冰箱,还有一个超级有用的饮水机。房间有一个阳台。需要花几分钟想办法开门,门是向右滑动。房间有两张单人床,床上是有很结实的床垫。房间里有点吵，但空调风扇屏蔽大部分噪音。与美国的假日酒店相比，这个地方似乎有点过时了。如果我再来这个地方，我会找一个更现代的酒店。但如果价格够低，我还会住在这家酒店。

We appreciate your detailed review of the hotel rooms and facilities, although we are sorry about the noise problem from the air conditioner and the lack of maintenance in the room. 一开始对这个饭店不对这个饭店抱太多期待，但是入住后发现饭店虽然设施有点年纪，但是居然有少见的饮水机，同时还有美到不行的游泳池海景。饭店的地理位置非常好，一边有海滩另一边是市区逛街的市中心，值得推荐给情侣，但是唯一会有待改进的地方是床有点就，所以睡在上面的时候翻身有时候会发出声音。

我们是去那里出差的，住在海湾边方向的五楼，那里的景色美极了!餐厅正好在那儿！每天去18层吃早饭，然后下去到游泳池边烧烤，这里的一切都走几步便可以到。房间已经全部重新装修过，但是五楼可能还需要一次大修--楼层和柜台升级。但是，房间里有冰箱，充满科技感的洗手间，观景阳台和纯净水冷却机还有可以用来煮咖啡和茶的热水壶。员工也都很棒，所有的设施都是你在度假村里一定想要的！十分推荐在二楼的SPA，今天就预定吧！我敢肯定这是这种地理位置和景观最好的价格！

我们在这里呆了几天，时间太久了。去海滩非常便捷。酒店正面没有阳光床之类的。你可以支付(昂贵的费用)享用楼梯底部的私人海滩。这个游泳池看起来很糟糕。游泳池(也是唯一的)酒吧糟透了。震耳欲聋的音乐，工作人员的态度是一个大问题。房间还不错，早餐是平均水平。

Thank you so much for sharing your valuable feed back of your stay. We are sorry to hear that we were unable to satisfy your stay for the beach and pool side facilities. We will bring up this matter to our management to discuss about the points which you indicated, especially the staff attitude.
We will retrain our staff's customer service to make sure all of our customers will enjoy their holiday vacation.
