I am very sorry your opinion of the hotel was marred by our amenity fee and the hold that was placed on your account. I would be happy to connect with you and discus the charges you are seeing and take care of them since you feel they were not presented to you. However we certainly never intend on withholding any information or deceiving our guest in any way. We feel we have provided plenty of notice to our guest about our amenity fee as well as the need to provide an authorization on a valid credit card for incidentals by listing it on our site and all our partners sites as well as including it on our confirmations and printing on our key packets.
