Our housekeeping should never enter a room unannounced and all of our team members should be displaying the Hilton 'Love to Help' ethos. We did little to make this right in addition to our original error and that is not the standard we strive to achieve and is certainly not reflective of the experience you have come to expect from a Hilton property.
