这是一个非常棒的汽车旅馆。房间又大又舒服。非常干净！甚至还为我丈夫准备了躺椅。有一个大书桌，足够放我的笔记本。互联网速度不是很快，但是这个网速对于发送和接收电子邮件还是可以用的。

I apologize about the internet wasn't working fast during your stay. It happens some times when so many people are using the internet at the same time can reduce the speed or the modem is lacking of speed. We have reset the Wi-Fi system to keep up with the speed.

如果你想找一个不错的地方呆一些日子的话，这里是一个不错的选择。前台的员工都很友好，如果你的钥匙不好用的话，他们会快速的帮助你。从我到这里开始就从来没有抱怨过。我刚一入住，他们就打电话过来问我对房间是否满意，是否一切都好。

我的房间很干净。酒店离我工作的地方很近呢，同时也靠近医院。就是酒店旁边一整晚都有火车在鸣笛，当然这不是酒店的错。记得要带耳塞，这样才能睡好。酒店旁边就有麦当劳。

我们的房间是禁烟的，但在浴缸上有3处香烟烧伤的痕迹，我们刚进去时，浴室有雪茄烟的味道。这里必须得好好打扫一下。我不想待在这儿了。工作人员很友好。附近社区的治安情况不太确定，在外面有个牌子，上面写着要锁好车，把贵重物品藏起来。

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Motel 6 - Beaumont, TX #8712. Your feedback is very important to us.
At Motel 6, we strive to provide a superior guest experience, and I am sorry yours did not meet expectations.
The signs are posted outside for the guest safety. It doesn't mean that the area is bad. There is no harm taking an extra precautions for our valuables we left behind in cars.
Rest assured appropriate measures are being taken to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
