酒店价格绝对公平，是波士顿最实惠的五星级酒店之一。早餐室很陈旧，没有一点气氛。目前，酒吧正在重建中，将于9月/10月重新开业。这将对整体特色产生影响。房间非常干净，像典型的丽思卡尔顿酒店。工作人员也非常友好，但我只在那里待了大约16个小时。上次我在行政酒廊（包括酒廊、免费饮料和早餐）——如果我下次去的话，我会去行政酒廊——更加好的选择。

Many thanks for your thoughtful review of your recent visit. Much agreed - once the Avery Bar renovation is completed, your arrival and overall experience are sure to be positively and greatly impacted. The Club Lounge access will also continue to enhance your experience as well, with its comfortable ambiance, dedicated and personalized service, and delectable food and beverage offerings. We hope you have time for a more extended visit next time, to be able to take in all that hotel and surrounding city provide.

我是喜达屋终身白金会员，住过旗下很多好酒店。这家酒店的布局和大堂很奇怪。所有的东西都贵的离谱，即便作为一家奢华酒店来说。房费什么都不含——通常我都会有免费早餐、免费使用健身房和行政层服务等。讽刺的是，我比较喜欢的波士顿喜来登酒店位置更好、大堂更漂亮、房间也更好。这家酒店真的太贵了。达不到丽思卡尔顿的标准，顶多也就是世茂皇家艾美酒店的标准。在波士顿这家酒店旗下还有很多更好的选择。

As you are aware, there are many differences between the brands and the offerings available to rewards members at Starwood Legacy hotels and all the Marriott brands differ from what is offered at Ritz-Carlton hotels. 我和我的家人在这里度过了阵亡将士纪念日的周末。从我们到达的那一刻起，科林就彬彬有礼地欢迎我们，她给我们办理了入住手续，非常友好，乐于助人。她的个性非常棒，非常善于用寻宝游戏来娱乐孩子们，孩子们迫不及待地想要玩，她还奖励了孩子们一份冰淇淋圣代!这是我们全家去波士顿最棒的短途旅行之一，我们一定会回来的。丽兹俱乐部的水平太棒了，从入住到退房全程都是一流的!无可挑剔的服务

I remember seeing Megan interact with your nephews in the lobby - all three of them were certainly enjoying themselves! 这是我第十次住在这里，过去这里一直都非常棒。这次保洁、电梯、客房服务出了点问题。似乎其他顾客也遇到了类似的问题。不确定这是由于周末繁忙而出现的偶然问题还是已经成为了这里新的常态。
