我和我丈夫几天前在这里住宿,我们在这家酒店住得非常好,很舒适。酒店为我们提前办理了入住手续,所以很方便。床铺非常舒服,客房服务也一如既往地整理得很干净,符合酒店的标准。唯一的缺点是,我希望从酒店有到机场的接送大巴,并且酒店离市中心也有点远,不过坐Uber的话,15分钟内就能到。

我们从星期五到星期一,在这里住了三个晚上。从地铁站出来,很方便前往酒店,步行大约2分钟即可到达。酒店大厅很热闹,有一家小商店和一家星巴克,还有三个酒吧和餐厅。我们的房间又漂亮又宽敞,有我们入住期间需要的一切。唯一的缺点是房间里没有免费的WiFi。如果这是一家商务酒店,那么Wi-Fi应该是必不可少的。但除此之外,我们住得很愉快。

Hello EAM1974, and thank you for your review. I would like to apologize on behalf of our team for the long wait time for the elevators when you arrived back from your day out in Boston. We had a convention in house that arrived by bus and all checked in at once, which is not a typical experience at our property. Therefore, unfortunately our elevators did see excessive use during that time which is very rare.
I would like to make sure that the phone is fixed in your guest room so that future guests do not run into the same problem and are able to alert our team of any excessive noise. I would appreciate if you would not mind letting our Experience Team know of your name and room number at wstn.bosow.experience@marriott.com so that we can have our engineering department correct this phone issue.
