Thank you for being our guest and for your feedback. We apologize for our housekeeping staff overlooking some areas in your room and for it not meeting your expectations. This does not meet our standards either, and we are very sorry for dropping the ball during your stay. We have processes in place to make sure every room is cleaned and inspected prior to a guest's arrival, but obviously this failed to occur. We will redouble our efforts to ensure these procedures are followed to the letter to prevent future slip-ups.
