房间很好,我们从其他房间没有听到任何声音。房间很干净,床很舒服。早餐很好,包括华夫饼、水果、麦片和糕点。电梯非常小,这处房产看起来已经过时了,它很可能是在泳池边的8英尺高的垃圾家具。坐在游泳池里,盯着一堆旧家具看是不舒服的。工作人员很友好,但似乎不太懂英语。

Thank you toddz697 for choosing our hotel for your stay in our beautiful city. We are truly sorry the accommodations did not meet your expectations for our brand as they are beginning to show some age. We are in the process of upgrading our facility and are doing so in small stages so as to disturb our guests as little as possible. The hallways have been painted and the carpet recently replaced. We are gradually replacing the flooring and tile in our guest rooms, and will be replacing the bedding and furniture within the next year. We apologize for failing to provide you with an outstanding stay and hope you will come back again to enjoy an awesome guest experience when our work is complete!

这家酒店不是我期待中的。我们一到达就立刻闻到大厅有一股臭味,结果是房间里也有。员工既不友善也不乐于助人。前台那个家伙收了我3次房费,这让我账单透支了。另外钥匙有几个小时彻底不好用。早餐很差,在我的麦片粥里发现了一只死虫子。

我本没有对机场附近的便宜旅馆有很高的期待,而且我也没有需要它能给我很多。实话讲,我只是要一个在晚上很迟到达,而早上很早就要离开的这段时间(短短)几个小时里能够洗澡睡觉的地方。在圣地亚哥生活了两年,我见过一些很棒的酒店,但这个酒店不在其中。这个酒店所处位置(环境)不是很好。房间看起来相当老旧。而且尽管房间被铺陈的好像是干净的,但是它一点都不让人觉得是干净的。我的门既不能完全关上也不能锁上,所以我用了一把椅子(抵住门)来让我自己有安全感。实话讲,真的别浪费你的钱(选择这个酒店)。

回到我们的房间,在我们的水槽里找到两个维修的男人……我们从来没有遇到过任何问题,所以它让我们非常紧张!前台似乎很松懈,要查出他们为什么在那里。然后在房间里发现了完全长大的蟑螂……还有一只在走廊。瓷砖地板显得很脏。经理给了我50美元,因为我们的水槽出了问题,我们换了房间。游泳池不在最美的地方,停车场。另一面,欧式早餐不错,接近码头可以散步。不会再预定了。

Thank you for being our guest and for your feedback. We apologize for our housekeeping staff overlooking some areas in your room and for it not meeting your expectations. This does not meet our standards either, and we are very sorry for dropping the ball during your stay. We have processes in place to make sure every room is cleaned and inspected prior to a guest's arrival, but obviously this failed to occur. We will redouble our efforts to ensure these procedures are followed to the letter to prevent future slip-ups. We truly hope this unfortunate situation will not prevent you from staying with us again!

Wifi没有起作用,浴室的地板和房间里都有头发,感觉很脏,我在一个月前就订好了,当我到达的时候,我惊讶地发现,我还是要走很多路,感到很不爽。

前台的人乐于助人,很好,房间很棒,淋浴间的水压是我在汽车旅馆里感觉最好的。这个位置实际上是我选择这个地方的原因,它很接近鱼市场和池塘,还有许多博物馆。
