最后一分钟才预定,我唯一能够“负担得起”预定的酒店是纽约沃里克酒店。位置和客户服务都很棒,但每晚税后加上度假费(时代广场)总价高于500美元

早在七八十年代,我就住在这家酒店,当时离华尔道夫酒店只有一步之遥。为了重温往日时光,我决定再住一次。但却是个错误。酒店在一定程度上进行了更新,但看上去仍给人仍然破旧的感觉。电梯服务完全是个灾难。等10分钟都是正常的。最后我们和其他客人一起使用了服务电梯。从我们的房间里绝对看不到任何东西——甚至看不到天空。前台工作人员一点也不友好。这么些不足,价格还很贵。这家酒店唯一的可取之处是它的地理位置,非常好。但是你最好还是去希尔顿饭店,它就在6号街对面。

Thank you very much for deciding to stay with us again since your last visit years ago. Our team strive to deliver 5 star service to all of our guests and it seems we missed the mark on your particular visit. During your stay, we had to perform unpreventable maintenance work in one of our elevators. We felt the service elevators could be used to alleviate some of the wait time, especially during the busiest check out time. The issues you pointed out are certainly not the norm at our property and I would love for you to give us another opportunity at turning this experience around. If your travels ever bring you back to New York City, please do not hesitate to contact me so that I can personally tend to your arrangements. Thank you again for your time and remarks.

这么些年,我一直路过这家酒店。它看起来很漂亮,事实上,酒店员工也很友,房间舒适。但是,我洗完澡要去取毛巾的时候,有一只蟑螂朝我跳过来!恶心至极!我打了3次电话给接线员,有人来了,当然也没找到蟑螂,因为20分钟已经过去了!!虽然经理给我打了折,但是没有打消蟑螂对我造成的阴影。酒店需要加强害虫管理服务了!这种事情一定不能发生在客人身上!!

However, I would like to apologize for the unfortunate incident the you have encountered. We do take this matter very seriously and we do have our exterminators do regular preventative treatments on our rooms.

这家酒店有些老,破旧不堪。房间没问题,但仅此而已。我们订了三个人的房间,但他们只有两张床的房间。我们在浴室里发现了一只蟑螂,并在窗户下的空调上发现了霉菌。早餐太贵了。当我们下楼吃早饭时约9点,大部分糕点都没有了。

我预定了尊贵总统房,当我入住时,除了工作人员非常糟糕外,他们还告诉我我订的只是一个普通间。我想纠正他们的错误但是却无处投诉。前台员工是我见过最差的一个,我基本每个月都要外出三次。我再也不会住在这家酒店了,除非这座城市就这一个酒店。我和另一个客人一起来的,他也被骗了而且遇到相同的问题。漂亮的酒店,不适合商务出行,也无法达到这个价格下你预期的服务水平。被欺骗令我非常伤心。我甚至无法跟一个酒店经理说上话。生气!

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay on TripAdvisor. Your feedback is important as it allows us to respond to issues we may not be aware of.

In looking into your reservation you booked through Hotel Beds.com a PRK room ( Premier King), you were upgraded to a PPK (Premier Plus King) with partial view. In regards to your perception of the staff response this is totally not acceptable and I have shared your letter with the appropriate management and staff to ensure this issue is addressed. All of us do take pride in the reputation we have had over the years and it is always upsetting to hear when we fall short in our efforts. On behalf of myself and the entire Warwick team our sincere apologies.
