这个地方位置非常好，价格也很合理，但得到这一切的代价太高了。我和我的男朋友在本周的住宿期间被臭虫咬得很厉害。我的手臂和手掌被咬了13次，他的脖子和后背被咬了5次。我已经附上了一些我回家时拍的照片..当没有臭虫的时候！一直瘙痒的感觉毁了我们的假期，我们花了一个多星期一直在挠自己!!至于噪音..我预订时阅读了其他人的评论.....认为这可能还不至于那么糟糕…但是真的很糟糕！它的噪音大得让人难以置信(老实说，我平时可以睡得像根木头一样)!

Thank you for your FIVE STAR REVIEW!!! We know our guests come from all over the world and we try to help them enjoy NYC to the fullest. We are amazing but we are a hostel (shared bathrooms) and not a hotel proper.

刚刚到看装潢还不错 但我的房间小到不行 厕所很脏 地板像是没清理过 窗户会漏风 天气冷到死 晚上一直咳嗽 第一天还提供水 第二天就没了 如果不是因为找不到房子 我们不会住这里

Greetings,
Sorry to hear about your experience.
Did you speak to anyone about the cleanliness of the bathrooms? We have staff available all the time to ensure this part of your experience.
Water in your cabins the first day are complimentary but is always available at the reception area for purchase or like many of our guests, you're more than welcome to drink tap water which we have no problem in providing for free.
We apologize for any inconvenience during your stay but we thank you for staying with us. We will go ahead and forward your feedback to the correct department.

如果早上6点我没有看到虱子在墙上爬的话，我对这个地方不会有意见。我立即离开了，但我害怕我已经把它们带回家了。我在房间里没有被咬，从入住到退房只有10小时，但现在我回到家之后，早上起来会有很多被咬的痕迹。我需要的只是一个可以放我的东西的的地方，一张床和淋浴。我真希望我能提前想到虱子的事，但现在，因为这个地方，我可能不得不给我家除虫了。我真的很希望这是蚊子咬的，但是我现在开始严重怀疑了。多付点钱去其他酒店吧。

We are very diligent about preventive measures, which include inspections and regular treatments of The Bowery House to ensure guests never have this experience.
