酒店里的电梯根本不够用，我花了25分钟时间才到自己的房间。房间面积不大，没有地方来放行李箱。回自己的房间的路上我被困在电梯里，早餐处也很拥挤，座位不够，取食物也要排很久的队。

Our team works hard daily to provide all our guests with comfortable rooms and outstanding service and unfortunately this time we failed. 作为希尔顿荣誉会员，我被分配到电梯附近、制冰机旁边的一个房间。从我关着的门周围可以看到外面走廊的灯光。这家酒店的房门有很强的自动关闭机制，每次一扇房门关上时，就会砰的一声关上。我是星期一到达的，星期二在城里开会。在制冰机和电梯之间，当有人进出时地板上房间的门会砰地关上，没有提供一个安静的夜晚。当我通知服务台时，我只收到一个道歉。

这家旅馆地理位置很好，离Penn站只有几个街区。从Penn站你可以到曼哈顿的任何地方和其他行政区的一些地方。早餐供应相对一般，而早餐厅通常非常拥挤。服务人员很棒，房间虽小但干净，入住/退房效率高。
