完美的位置，友好、乐于帮助的员工，干净的房间和厕所。房间、走廊、卫生间都很小，所以一家人住可能有点小，不过很适合想要在时代广场中心休息几天的单身旅客。

请不要相信网上对于这里的差评，我真的不知道这个时代的人是怎么了，他们怎么会觉得最佳西方总统酒店还不够好。因为正赶上我的生日和我与妻子的结婚纪念日，所以酒店为我们升级了房间。这里的员工都非常有礼貌而且十分乐于助人。最佳西方总统酒店的位置非常棒，住在这能和海洋鱼类近距离接触，这种体验是独一无二的。我在纽约住过其他两家酒店，也在加利福尼亚、内华达和凤凰城住过一些不同的酒店，我可以负责任的说最佳西方总统酒店和他们一样好！因为酒店的楼比较老，所以电梯确实运行得有些慢。而且因为这里生意很好，所以WIFI网络有些断断续续。但说实话，这些都是小问题，如果我再来纽约，我一定会再次选择最佳西方总统酒店入住。
